FORECLOSURE HACIENDA MANANTIALES DE ALLENDE

This is a rural property called "Ex Hacienda de Manantiales," located in the Community of Manantiales, part of the municipality of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. The property has an irregular shape with mixed topography, meaning part is flat and used for seasonal crop cultivation, and part is hillside or mountain used as grazing land. It is bounded on all four sides: to the North by a local road and the Manantiales River, to the South by the lower part of the hill, to the East by the upper part of the mountain or hill, and to the West by the Manantiales River. Inside the property, in the central area, there is an old structure built on a stone base, which comprises the main house of the former hacienda. It should be noted that part of these facilities are enclosed by livestock post-and-barbed wire fencing, which, due to its condition and characteristics (shiny and free of dirt), appears to have been recently installed. This fence obstructs access to the ruins of the former hacienda.
